Rates exclude:
One time cleaning fee.
10% Sierra County Occupancy Tax.
Standard rental occupancy is 8 persons. Maximum occupancy not to exceed 10
$20/day for each additional persons over standard rental occupancy (including children)
$10/ per night per pet.
Additional 3% fee applies for PayPal payments
$200 Security Deposit for incidentals
Policies:
We welcome up to the maximum occupancy (Max = 10).
Linens and towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels for outdoor use.
Smoking only permitted outside.
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
All telephones are blocked for long distance. A calling card is required to make a long distance call.
- 2 night stay is required on weekends.
- 3 night minimums are required on holiday weekends.
Holidays:
All holidays require a three night minimum stay. These include: Martin Luther King weekend, President's Day weekend, Easter Week, Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

100% payment is required 2 weeks prior to stay.
There is no refund of deposit 2 weeks prior to stay.
